…and on this breakfast bowl! Used the chimichurri sauce again, over eggs, bacon, and roasted potatoes.
Our herb box has been bursting of late so Dr. Prairie made a huge batch of chimichurri sauce that we had over grilled steak. The sauce was delicious. Herbaceous and garlicky with a kick from the vinegar and red pepper flakes.
