A final feasting for Ash and Prairie before Ash Street embarks on the rest of her summer adventures. She will be back in September, so already planning new festivities for the end of summer, but in the meantime, it was a wonderful evening, a bit chilly in temperature but warm in spirits and conversations with friends we hadn’t seen in person in over a year. So many vegan highlights, but the big hits were the pepita mole and the salsa verde enchiladas. JB made delicious chicken chile enchiladas for the carnivores in the group. A friend brought over homemade ginger beer, and Cottage Lane mixed up deliciously vibrant green cilantro mint margaritas that I sadly didn’t get a photo of. We discovered this Greenbush lager that was super tasty and also crazy cheap.
