I woke up this morning with the realization that all of the leftovers from our shrimp boil the other night made for the perfect breakfast dish. So I roasted up the potatoes, sauteed corn and sausage with some shallots and butter, and then topped it with scrambled eggs made from the leftover yolks after JB made his delicious chocolate soufflé. It was a total, tasty, fridge clean out!
