Min’s school backs up onto a nature preserve so they spend quite a bit of time roaming around back there, especially on sunny days like today. This afternoon when I picked him up, he had a big bag of garlic ramps he collected on a hike. Blended it with almonds and olive oil for a quick garlic ramp pesto. It was a nice spring treat for a week with three days of intermittent snow! Warmer temps on the horizon thankfully!
