Above, a Tom Yum Soup for Wacky Wednesday: Thailand edition. And for Japanese week, I’ve been experimenting with this furikake seasoning I had been reading a lot about but never tried before. I must say…I’m kind of obsessed with it. I put it on top of soft-boiled eggs this morning and the combination was divine. Min and I tried it over sushi rice, which was also super tasty. I’m already halfway through my first jar of it, I can’t stop sprinkling it on things!
