Indonesia week comes to a close with some delicious looking dishes from @ksederbe, @gchamness, @michiganpomo, @rdfong917, and the scrumptious Swankwell family! Chicken satay was a popular dish (three of us made it but I can’t for the life of me find the pic to upload!), along with two different versions of gado gado (and Ash St. made a third version while camping no less! No pic of that one yet but methinks the backdrop will be spectacular when she gets back into wifi-world and can send it along). Nasi Goreng, Canai Roti, and Mapo Doufu with lotus root (from China week) round out the menu! Coming up this week: Korea!
