Pacific Rim had a beautiful array of ‘shrooms for super cheap, so I stocked up on Enoki, Trumpet, and some baby bellas. Sauteed everything in garlic oil with a little fish sauce and housed the majority of it even though they were supposed to top the burgers we had for dinner tonight.
