This week’s Wacky Wednesday dinner was milk-themed. Min made toasts topped with melted manchego and Penzey’s pizza spice blend for our appetizer. I made cheese fondue, and JB ended the meal with vanilla custards topped with cardamom and nutmeg. It has been blazing hot the past few days (with more to come) so we ate picnic style on the floor of the sunroom while Min curated some YouTube videos for us to watch. While tasty, I think we all agreed that three milk-based courses left our stomachs feeling a bit uneasy LOL.
