We went to Turkey! It was Kevin’s last international-at-home culinary adventure before he moves to Philadelphia. And as CH knows, I forgot to take loads of photos. Like of the sambali (so beautiful, but the image is stuck in my phone), or the Lahmacun (Turkish/Armenian pizzas), but we also had babaganoush, dolma, Manti (lil’ dumplings in a yogurt, paprika, butter sauce) and the brilliant and ever talented Chelsea Rathburn (Georgia’s Poet Laureate) made a bulgur pomegranate salad to die for.
